I ordered Amway Nutrilite daily 120 tablets with Snapdeal on 11th Jan. Strangely they dispatched product via two different suppliers. First package came on 19th jan in first half of the day. I paid money and opened packet in front of courier guy and found product delivered was WRONG. I immediately informed snapdeal and initiated replacement or refund request. Also submitted my NEFT details for bank transfer…in the meantime i received another packet on 19th jan itself but refused to accept as courier guy was asking for payment. On 20th jan wrong product was picked up by snapdeal….after that i have had done enough follow ups over website and customer care phone but they have not resolved my refund request…surprisingly as per snapdeal website refund was done on 31st jan but i have not received it in my account.
Would appreciate your help in taking my case with snapdeal…thanks
