I bought cookwere shop from snapdeal on last month10/9/16 product is delivered at my home on 18/9/16 after ten days I registered a complain to snapdeal he told me sir we are not capble for take your product you send a product by courier your money we are return back to you and yet that people are note return back my money courier or product charge .I am daily call to snap deal he told me sir your money come in your a/c, in 24 hours but yet money provide me by snapdeal my product or courier money and I am daily calling to us he every told me this word .I seem that he want to not provide my money he provide to customer duplicate product .my ordered no.is 15085416998
