i had placed an order on 10th sept. ’17 at wonderchef appliances website for a nutriblend worth Rs.5000/- Rs-3299/- (after offical website discount)
till date i have not received the product.
i called at the call center of wonderchef and they have no idea about the product dispatch.
later provided me with a air way bill number and i when check through the airway bill the Status shown was ” not picked”

i had called 7-8 times in the span of these eleven days but i have not got any update if the product is dispatched, or if ever the product is there in the warehouse in stock.

Kindly help.
