A dress is on order for me. There was just one option for payment: cash on delivery. It came to me after two days. I’m not sure how, but Amazon delivered it to me.
upon Delivery I requested that the agent open the packet, but he refused and demanded payment before leaving right away.
Instead of the pricey dress, when I opened the packet I got a cheap, poorly made blanket.
