Hi,
I have purchased Tissot watch Jan 22nd 2018 from sohne store through online. But they called up(from Mobile no.:+919634102459 which is mentioned in website) for online payment of Rs.15057. I have made the payment through paytm of total amount, but i didn’t receive any watch for one month. If i cal to mobile, he always keep on telling reasons for ex: watch to be deliver from singapore, it should get clearance from customs etc., finally after 35days i received one watch which is totally different one. When i cal to the same mobile, he said by mistake wrong product received and told me to return it. Immediately next day return pick up done from the courier agency and confirmed receipts also. After that nobody responds my call till now. I didn’t receive my watch or my money back till now.
Pls help me to get my money back which i have paid (Rs.15057).
