i purchased a watch from sohnestore on 12th jan 2018 and made full payment via paytm on 13th jan 2018 and still did not get my product after one month whenver i try to enquir about my packet sohnestore people always give different excuses and keep pushing dates and when i contacted them last week they told i will get my packet on 13feb anyhow and now when i am trying to contact them they are not giving any reply as well,mailed at sohnestore care didn’t reply from there as well
its been more then one month and i didnot get my packet even after making full payment in advance and now sohnestore giving no
reply regarding my packet
please help me out there to get my money back
