My phone got some problem regarding display and folder. It was bought on 12 march 2016 and i submitted the phone on 1st march 2017. but couldn’t submit the bill so they entered rs. 1980 for repairs in the receipt..Now it has been more than 3 months. I am continuously requesting them.First they said..mam folder ni mil rha,bs thoda time lgega..then they said it repeatedly. Then they said we are providing you the other second hand phone and you have to give charges but i disagreed. I wanted my phone because they were not taking any gurantee for that than they said thoda or wait kro..i said give me my phone chahe khrab he de do..mt kro use sahi but they said ..hum apka phone sahi krke manga denge.hmari bjeh se apko pareshani ho ri h to pese b ni lenge but now they are not giving me my phone but my phone’s same model which is not in good condition. nd asking for money nd saying…ese khrab set company wapas ni deti hai…ek bar apne jama krwa dia ab wo wapas ni aayega
