My mother was travelling from Guntur to Bangalore, and the driver instructed passengers to disembark at Silk Board Bangalore even though the drop-off place was at Kalasipalyam.
My mother, who is 49 and has a leg problem, was treated in this manner by the driver.
Really, no traveller should hear this complaint again.
I ask that the driver be subjected to severe punishment.
