Against my order No:BIS0102619811 defective & wrong items has been delivered.
The order was for Philips 30000 mAh Power Bank with Samsung Bluetooth as per your on line offer.
Item delivered is Defective Samsung power bank & VIVO Bluetooth. Micro usg pin slot is not aligned properly hence cannot be used.
Request for replacement as per order & invoice.
