I ordered 2 items from the above company which I found through an advertisement on instagram. I made the payment of 578 rupees on 5th December 2021 and got a notification of payment via phone message and also got an email about the same which said “your order at MAULIK JAYANTIBHAI PIPALIYA is successful “but didn’t get anything other than that and also didn’t get any information about the order or tracking of it whatsoever. Tried to call them but there are no contacts provided. Still waiting with a ray of hope.I hope this will sorted incase if there is any fraud associated with this website and such frauds won’t be committed in future. The website looks well furnished and gives the required information as needed but later when I visited that website … I couldn’t access their insta or Facebook pages and they atleast didn’t have a sign up option for being a member but clearly an option to login was available with option of forgot password. I was very worried that sites like these found their way into apps like Instagram to siphon out people’s money illegally. This is all I could provide. Please take action against these kind of sites. It ain’t about losing money, it’s about losing trust on small businesses who genuinely are trying hard to earn a living by setting up online sites and these hardworkers are masked by the online fraudsters who want to earn money through illegal siphoning
