Sugama Tourists
On April 22, 2023, at 8:30 am, we were riding bus KA51 C 3647 from Banglore to Bagalkot. A tire burst close to Chitradurga, causing damage to the bus’s floor and an opening. However, the drivers and attendants changed the tire and made us ride the same bus for an additional six hours. I tried calling head office, but no one answered or offered any assistance. There was no response from them. I was traveling alone with my 11-year-old son and discovered a whole next to my seat, leaving me feeling helpless. The sugama service is terrible. We paid 1000 rupees per person, but neither justice nor humanity were received in exchange.
