Sugama Tourists – Pnr:13509784. Bad behaviour of driver

To make my journey from Mangalore (Boarding point – 11.00 pm) to Jigaji (Dropping point -7.30 am on June 25, 24), I reserved a Suguma Tourist Bus (Ka 51 aj 4964). Pnr: 13509784.

They advised us to switch to another Suguma bus at Indiranagar, which is located at ka 51 aj 4147, in the morning. The bus is already two hours behind schedule.
I was the only passenger left when everyone else got off.

In the electronic city, the driver yelled at me to get down. Giani is where I’m dropping the ball.

“It’s late, he wants to go home,” he says. I’m going to drop you off in Gottikere instead of Giani. “He is unable to drop me off at Jigani” (driver’s name unknown). I repeatedly declined.

I’m being forced to get down by him.
I’m already running late for work. At 9:52 a.m., he dropped me off at Bommmasandra rather than Giani, which is two hours and twenty-two minutes later than the scheduled drop time. I took a different line bus from there, arriving in Jigaji at 10.15 a.m.

I was compelled to take a half-day leave from my company due to this incident.
The driver is extremely impolite and harsh. He is not considering the circumstances of the passenger.
Why is a dropping point awarded if the driver is capable of making his own decisions?
Very negative Suguma Travels experience.

I’m hoping you’ll handle it with strictness. I must be paid for it.
I have videos and pictures of it, so I will provide you with more proof.
