I ordered for the subject product. There was an offer for Buy 1 Get 3 Free.. I should have received 4 pcs. I received 1 pc only. The order no. is Miroiter40660. When I tried to contact them, I received a call from 6287566869 asking me to download an App – ISL Light and share the screen with him. I didn’t comply, since it appeared to be a scam.
There is no proper refund policy. I request you to either send the other 3 pcs or arrange for a refund.
It is completely disappointing and the whole situation appears suspicious.
