I had placed order with Super Deals, Building No. 67, Lane No. 3, Shastri Park, Chander Nagar, Delhi 110051, Contact: [email protected]. GST IN: 07BGKPG0937P2ZY, vide Order ID: ProRelaxa1742 for Rs.2999/- on 16.4.2023.
I had placed this order against an advertisement on a mobile app showing it to be a KNEE MASSAGER. I checked the price with other online platforms. There the price was slightly higher by about 15%.
After placement of order for delivery on COD basis, mail was received from [email protected] that Order has been packed and being sent by BLUE DART. Till the delivery all information came from “Shiprocket”.
After receipt of the package on 19.4.2023 (Tax Invoice No. Retail122422, dt 16.4.2023), on opening I found that instead of KNEE MASSAGER, one FINGER HAND MASSAGER (costing about Rs.750/-) has been sent to me. The product was received in broken condition.
Immediately I reported to [email protected] to replace the product. Unfortunately, the domain “@net.shiprocket.in” did not exist and the mail bounced back. Then mailed to [email protected]. They replied that, they see the logistic part of packaged product and advised me to contact the seller.
Today again mailed to [email protected] with all details. No replay received till now.
Kindly help in
1. Replace the product with a defect free “ProRelax Knee Massager”
Or
2. Refund the full amount.
