Offer seen on advertisement for buy 1 and get 1 free along with replacement of the product. But received only 1 item and also no return) refund address and information on packet. I want my refund amount and to return the product.

Offer seen as buy 1 get 1 free with replacement guarantee and the same was ordered and recd only 1 item on 18th June 2023, not able to return the same as there is no response for the mail sent twice, i want my refund amount and also to return the product as it was not as per the advertisement.
