Attracted by Super Deals advertisement and bought a Pro Relax massager vide Super Deals invoice number ‘Retail 145714, dt. 2023-05-11’, for Rs. 2,999. on receipt of the product I find the product is not at all suitable for massaging knee, neck, head etc. as advirtised by the trader. I am not at all convinced that the product is helpful for mt knee pain. I am lured and got cheated by the advertisement published by Super Deals. As I am a victim, I searched for similar products on internet found that the same products were sold in Amazon at Rs. 1200 and below.
As I dont know how to get refund of my money, I am posting this complaint. Please help to get refund.
