At this very hot summer, I am happily ordered a Neck Breeze Air Cooler – 1 number to control my body temperature at this hot summer, on seeing a Face Book advertisement. The Parcel received on COD (Cash on Delivery) base thru Blue dart Courier on 13.04.23, they collected Rs. 2499/= on delivery. The Invoice No: Retail 116593 Date – 2023.04.10. Order # Neck Breeze321 Essentials.
There is no contact details and Consumer Complaint including contact number, there is no manual / instruction sheet, which is essential for wearing around neck fan or breeze air cooler.
Warning instruction is not provided, it is essential, because it is being worn on user shoulder / around neck and which is not visible to user eyesight. But for the sr. citizen how come one could see or watch the functioning of unit all the times around the back neck. Short circuit or fire may happen on continues running of the Neck Breeze air cooler??
The workmanship is very very poor and the USB charger (shorter) wire & pin are very bad. The product quality and performance are not good and I am not comfortable to use this online (supply) inferior quality product, which is dangerous to wear it or use it. As per on line sales, the goods can be returned within a specific time a month if not buyer is not satisfied of quality and its workmanship along with comfort. I have received goods on 13.04.23 and made first complaint and return the goods thru e-mail on 14.04.23. I could not get the contact phone details on the invoice or support instruction details inside the box to inform them at once. But I gave repeated complaints thru email to the given support team. In fact there is no response for my mails dropped and to return of product in turn to collect the paid amount Rs 2499/=. Kindly understand the problem and arrange for refund of full amount paid, Thanks.
