SUPER DEALS
This is a complaint against SUPER DEALS that delivered a Power Saver (with line tester)appliance NOT ordered by me. The box was delivered yesterday 24th October 2023 to my residence. As I was not available my staff paid Rs 3499 for this product that was not ordered by me. invoice no Retail 256929 did 22/10/23.
There is no customer care number to call and I want an immediate refund. It is clear from all the complaints that this company is a fraudulent company sending out sub standard products at exorbitant prices to unsuspecting customers with an intent to defraud them. The Delhi Cyber cell unit shud take note of this company and take necessary action.

but very probably the address, like the phone number could be false.
Incase the product is collected and full cash refund made, the matter can de settled. Failing which action will be taken against this company and its owners.
