I have ordered a deep relax Rocket massager from super deals for RS 1499 by looking at advertisement on Facebook. Today 2nd March 2023 , I received this product from blue dot courrier by paying cash on delivery. After opening the prarcel,, came to Know that the product is a fake one and it’s a Chinese product. The product is a dummy one . This fruad company is based from Delhi with address , building no 67, lane no 3, shastri park, chander nagar, Delhi 110051 . GSTIN 07BGKPG0937P2ZY.
It’s mentioned in the website www.maxwulife.in that the product is 100% cash back or refund policy within 10 days of purchase. However there is no contact number or customer support. Really don’t know how to contact them. Plz help me so that I can get back my hard earned money .
