I have purchased One MAXFIT PRO smart watch, from SUPER DEALS CHANDER NAGAR DELHI online and received by BLUEDART AWB NO.- 80099945660 on cod AGIANIST ORDER NO.- MaxFit Pro12959 eesentials Invoice no./Date- Retail63314/2023-02-21. But wathc is not working properly, not giving heart rate monitor, step count, bluetooth connectivity and battery backup, calling & notification feature also not working properly. I have also mailed them on given mail id i.e.- [email protected], but no response received.
I want to return this watch as per company policy i.e.- “return within 14 days” but no contact found. kindly help to return this and refund my amount Rs.- 2999/-
