I have purchased two Neck Breeze4650(Air cooler SKU1) by invoice no Retail199496 dt 30/6/23 amt. Rs.3899?-delivered to me on 4/7/23.
The product supplied is defective and does not serve my purpose.Due to following defects i wish to return them.
1)Noise of fan is irritating.
2)Fan gets heated up and blows hot air.
3)The battery does not last for more than 20 minutes where as the advertisement gurantee it to last for 11 to 13 hours.
The seller has not given the customer care number,gurantee/warranty card of the product.
