whereas an order was placed via their online advt for 2 neuromachines @Rs.3899. Order was received via shadowfax on 27.10.2023 and the cover was unsealed. Whereas as per their terms One could return the product if not satisfied. I paid Rs.3899 by COD. There is no contact no.phone no. or website. I immediately complained via email id support [email protected] given on packet recd but I have not recd. any RESPONSE. PLEASE HELP ME TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE UNSEALED USED PRODUCT SOLD BY SUPRERDEALS, SHASTRI PARK, CHANDER NGR, DELHI-110051 AND REFUND RS.3899 PAID BY ME via Cash on Delivery.
