The said Mosquito Killing Electric Shock product was shown as an invention made by young IIT graduate engineers and said to be in high demand. The cost was said to be in the range of Rs 8500 but due to it being launched now the price have been brought down to Rs2999/- so it was first come first serve thereafter the product will not be available at this price, so those who found it the best can avail of the product at this rate for a few days, also it was mentioned that this product is not available with Flipkart or Amazon services. So it was ordered on 21st Feb 2024 from their given site. The product was delivered by Bluedart services on 23rd Feb 2024. On opening the parcel box it revealed that it was a made in China product. The flip attached made a mention of Super Deals, New Delhi with their GST registration No. 07BGKPG0937P2ZY. The same product when browsed through Flipcart showed the cost at Rs 798/- of the same product. The flip attached indicated the IGST amount as ‘0’ and also there is no indication as to whether any Custom duty as applicable is discharged, if not then it amounts to smuggling. Being an Officer from Customs Dept. necessary action under the Customs Act 1961 will be initiated against those involved.
