Attracted by the advertisement in the MONEYCONTROL WEBSITE,I ordered for the above mentioned equipment for reducing the intense knee and back pain.I received the packet containing the Pro Relax SKU2 MASSAGER vide Invoice no Retail 140116 dt 2023-05-04 for Rs2999., which amount was paid, cash on delivery to BLUEDART upon delivery.On opening the packet I noticed a machine without any description of the item and without user manual.When I TRIED To enail my enquiry to the email id mentioned on the cover ,([email protected]), the email bounced back undelivered.I ordered the product because it promised relief from acute knee pain and back pain from which I have been suffering from a long time and I was using painkillers to get relief rom the frequent continuous pain.I further ordered the equipment because it was advertised on the MONEY CONTROL WEBSITE , WHICH I CONSIDERED TO BE GENUINE AND RELIABLE. I also request the consumer protection authorities to advise advertisers to desist from advertising and soliciting orders for products not supported by proper data to help the buyers.I also request authorities to order refund of the money collected by such advertisers.
