I booked a 2 bhk flat in supertech capetown in 2015 in cv8 tower under no emi till possession scheme and it’s possession was due in july 2018 but supertech is showing on his website that it’s possession will be in jun 2019 now. As per supertech image on this they will not pay emi cheques after jul 2018 to me as they’re paying to bank now so i want to create a whatsapp group for rera complaint or supreme court case collectively.
