Have bought a flat under subvention scheme launched by supertech in association with dhfl in 2016, where no emi to be charged till offer of possession, possession was due in dec 2019, builder has stopped paying pre-emi in july 2019 and not reimbursing us to pay further to dhfl which is a clear violation of agreement. There is hardly any construction in tower t6 1803 after demonetization. What to do with pre-emi burden… We are not in a position to pay pre-emi at our own with rents. Builder is a cheater and asking us to pay at our own or switch in flats which are double in price or in remote areas in other cities. Dhfl is under liquidation process with nclt and dont want to transfer loan but to harasse innocent buyers like us…. Please advise in case any one has faced or riding in same boat.
