I went recently to my flat and found that construction quality is too bad..
– bricks are kept one to another without sealant most of the places
– damaged bricks are used
– no alignment with column & beams – most of places
– intermediate beams are kept just on wall without any connection to columns
– no proper sealant between beams & wall – which will definitely leads to high leakages and seepages in future

I am in touch with crm team but so far no firm assurance and measures
