I had bought a flat 1308 in nicholas czar. last year when we went to site we found it seaIed. Noone from the vendor has ever contacted us for any update. I wonder how is the construction is done and the flat has been sold without proper legal traits. My ready flat is aging without being used and we are suffering as We have spent our all hard earned money on it. Now we are paying rent + EMI which is very high on us.
Please provide a solution.
