I have purchased an apartment in supertech hues, gurgaon under the subvention scheme. As per the agreement with supertech, the builder is supposed to pay all emis to the bank till possession. As far as i am aware, the earliest possible possession date is december, 2018.

The tripartite agreement with pnb, was that supertech would reimburse pnb directly for all pre-emis. Post october 2018, supertech was to reimburse me and i was to pay the emi.

I have started communication with supertech via email and phone from september 2018 for reimbursement of emis. Till date i have not received any email response or date on which i would get the reimbursement cheques.

I have already emailed [email protected], mukesh. [email protected] and rajni. [email protected] but nobody has bothered to respond to me. I continue to make on average 25 – 50 calls to mr. Mukesh in the crm team and everyday his response is that the cheque is not ready.

I need to get this resolved at the earliest as my emi has already started.
