Super-tech was responsible for paying the monthly emi that i have with pnb housing finance. They have stopped reimbursing the amont since jan 2020 and i had to pay the emi for 3 months from my account which was not part of the initial agreement. They have stopped replying to my emails and have referred me back to the broker whom i don’t have any information about. I asked them to share the broker details but they have failed to share that too with me. Things were smooth till dec 2019 but now they have stopped entertaining my complaint and no-one from their comany has called to discuss the problem with me. I have made close to 100 calls since jan and spoke to multiple customer care people but all of them have the same answer. All fake promises and no resolution.
