I have booked a flat dated on 17/04/2019 in Supertech Crown Tower and have given 2.5 Lacs via check number “299308” and date “20/4/2019 as advance. You have mentioned below points at the time of booking which now your are not able to fulfil and completely denied to me.

1. Croma voucher of Rs 45, 000/- which you now denied.
2. I have booked unit flat -105, CV-9 which now you are not ready to give. It’s really surprise to me that this flat-105 is already booked by other person and you have collected amount from me as well for the same unit.

So in this condition I am not able to buy this flat as my trust in Supertech is breached.
I request you to pls refund my booking amount of Rs 2.5 Lacs in full without any deduction.
Also, tell me the time by when i can expect this refund booking amount ?
