Good day sir
I have booked in t3, 2004 of supertech azalia corporate suites.
I’m sending continuous email to supertech for cancellation of my booking in supertech azali as whatever they promised during time of booking is not there in final agreement and i have not even signed any agreement with you. I am sending them continues emails for cancellation and refund my money but they are not replying to any of my email.
So please cancel my booking and refund my amounts inr 400000 asap.
As per you i am supposed to get fixed return of 11% till possession and also i’m supposed to get 5% extra if there will be any delays in possession but in agreement it was not at all mentioned so i have not sign agreement and claims back my entire money (Also it was promised by your agent that in case of cancellation you will get all money if agreement not signed).
