Subject – Seeking refund against Ref. No. 0348 in The Valley Sector 79 Gurugram.

This is to advise that I had applied for 2 BHK in The Valley project yet because of some money related emergency I had mentioned for dropping.

I have submitted composed solicitation at your Gurugram office (The Supertech house sohna street) to Ms. Trisha Khem Kohli on July 2019 and afterward September 2019 and as yet pursuing for my discount.

I had sent numerous suggestions to her however she never answered. I visited again your Administrative center Noida Area 96 on 07/07/2020 and Met with Ms. Vijeta, Arun Chauhan and CRM Head, they guaranteed me, yet at the same time not settled. Indeed, even I have attempted Trisha’s and her Sr. Ankita’s telephone no. infront of Vijeta yet them two didn’t got my telephone.

Is this the way the supertech rewarding with customer?? According to HUDA strategy, developer should discount the assets inside 15 Day’s.

You figure, in what manner can any customer give any reference or tentative arrangement to purchase your level on the off chance that they rewarded this way.

Request to understand my concern and refund my cash immediately.
