Hello

I have booked a unit in hilltown in low rise in jan 2016. I am paying regular installments and till date i have paid 36 lakhs.
As per the agreement the possession for low rise was suppose to get completed by 3rd quarter of 2018.
And when i visited the site recently the project is completely stalled and as per executive there no work has been done since diwali.
There is no way this project can be handed over in even 3 years considering the pace of work.
I really want complain in rera and want to refund my money as i am really frustrated.
