Hi,

I have booked a unit in supertech azalia in feb 2017 under a subvention plan. Still date i have paid more the 90% of the amount to the builder. Under the subvention plan, untill the possession builder will pay the emi but now supertech want me to pay the full emi which is no where mentioned at the time of property purchased. My emi is going to start this month.
When i tried contacting them first of all, customer service is so poor that it’s hard to reach out to them. No one is there who could provide you a clear picture that what is exactly going on with the supertech projects. I visited the project site and the construction is not happening there.
Feeling like cheated now.
Is there anyone who could help on how to get out of it??
