Hi,

I booked my flat in supertech romano project 4 yrs back under subvention scheme, with promise that it will be delivered within 3 yrs. Recently also i went to visit and site and it’s no where close to finish. I tried contacting supertech but as usual no response.
As per rera, they are suppose to deliver phase1 by dec’18 but looking at the stage of project, i believe it will take another yr or so.
I’m planning to file case against them in rera and if possible in nhrc, if anyone is interested than pl reply on this mail thread.
