On 13-12-17 placed an order online to SwissBezel,Mumbai for Tag Heuer watch from Chennai.. Received the watch on 17-12-17 through Delivery courier paying cash of Rs13041/. Since the dial is not Black in colour, represented the same on phone to the executive. He informed that it will be reverse pickedup shortly and as I requested, the Tissot STS017 watch will be sent. On 29-12-17 Delhivery courier, Chennai has pickedup the watch,Tag Heuer,giving a receipt. On 10-01-18 swissbezel sent a mail informing that the watch requested is sent under order No.10896-1 with the invoice No.10987. On 12-01-18 received a parcel through Delhivery courier,Chennai and paid Rs.13041by cash. On opening the parcel found a different model of Tissot. It has the display of only date and display of Day is not there. On 12-01-18 After Noon spoke to the executive that a different model is sent in the parcel which is not as is mentioned in the invoice. In the invoice it is mentioned as Tissot STS017. The executive said that the issue will be raised and resolved shortly. There after Swiss bezel has not responded to my mails. Spoke to the executive on 22nd Jan18.He too said that the issue will be resolved shortly.From then on there is no response to my mails and not available on phone with a stock answer on phone” All our executives are busy in attending other calls.send mail to swissbezel.net”.Hours together I tried to contact them on phone but in vain.Till to date all my efforts to contact swissbezel with mails and on phone is futile. God alone should help me in getting the watch I have requested I.e Tissot STS017.
