Tissot watch STS017

On 29-12-’17 picked up the watch,Tag Heuer for supplying Tissot watch with code STS017.
On 10-01-18 swissbezel sent a mail informing that the watch is shipped with order No.10896-1 vide invoice No 10987 through Delivery courier,Chennai.
On 12-01-’18 received the parcel.On opening, found a different model, other than the watch mentioned in the invoice.
On 12-01-’18 After Noon represented the same to the swissbezel executive on phone and sent a mail.He said that the issue will be attended. Ever since there is no communication from the company.Sent several mails from then on and tried to contact the customer care executive but not connected.Till now the watch is not sent.
