Tachyon employees are really pathetic to provide ‘After Sales Service’ as they are not able to transfer the Wi-Fi from one place to another and that too after giving commitment. They are only time-buying and giving excuse that they are working on it. Multiple times I have called and followed them, but Tachyon is having lot of mismanagement. Want to escalate this issue to their higher department to let them know the time importance of anyone. If they are getting their salary on time, then should also work on time too. I am not asking them to work beyond working hours, but during work time, they must listen to consumer, which they don’t.
