I have placed an online order for a JBL Sound bar in favour of Tech Horn based out of Jaipur and paid the full amount of INR 1899. There is no response from their phone number or to my emails. Now the website has also vanished. This is a clear case of fraud. If you click the “track your order” tab on their email confirmation it says that the website has been unexpectedly closed down. I am lodging a cyber crime case with the police. If anyone else has the same experience may please share the details so that the complaint will become stronger
