Order Number – #4796
on 19th of Oct 2021, I saw an add on Instagram about festive sale from a company named Tech Horn, it guided me to its webpage where i selected sound bar and made a payment through proper payment interface of the website – google pay of Rs.1899/-. I received order confirmation on my email id which stated order number, payment confirmation, shipping address, view your order tab, etc… I have attached file for the same with this complaint.
Now when i click the link of view your order, it states this page cannot be opened.
I have sent an email to the company and there is no reply….
I request a refund for the paid amount if goods cannot be delivered.
