Techhorn.in website appears to be a fraudulent website scamming through e-commerce. I paid Rs 1899 on 14th Oct for soundbar and this website accepted payments through razorpay along with other options like visa etc. My payment went through razorpay successfully but I haven’t heard anything on the shipment. How can razorpay support such fake merchants without proper regulation. I am filling this to RBI’s attention as settlements to merchants shouldn’t be the only service but needs a regulation to verify merchants.
