I booked a mixi grinder on line by paying through debit card amounting to ₹999/-. No confirmation for payment on my email nor on mobile through SMS. No response to the email on their support email provided. The contact no is fake as it is having only 9 digit. They claim to reply within 2 hours after receiving email.
