based on an advertisement by www/techhorn.in I had placed an on line purchase order for one No. of “Preethi Zodiac 2.0 MG 235 750 Watt Mixer Grinder with 4 jars (Black) for a sum of Rs. 999/= under Order No. 4240 darted 17-10-2021 at 20:30 hrs IST and paid the entire cost by online payment on the same day.
Though there was a formal confirmation email on 17th, there has not been further email / phone message regarding the delivery of
the product. my efforts to get in touch with the supplier did not materialise, as there is no valid contact Number available in the website and the website is also not working.
Through this complaint, I request the order may be cancelled forthwith and the amount of Rs. 999/- paid by me may be refunded to the account immediately.
