Teleshoping – Slim belt not being exchanged upon wrong delivery for over a month

I have ordered for a slim belt from teleshoping which was wrongly delivered from their end. In spite of repeated calls and complaints the product is not being changed or exchanged plus their customer care executives dont have manners to speak to the customers n disconectsthe calls even before being completed.
Either teshopping should be banned or entire customer care executives should be fired for their irrational behavior.
Looking forward for the wrightfull action to be taken.
