Hi,

I’ve cancelled my flat booking from developer called as “TGS construction” due to no progress in start of project, They have given 4 cheque of 10 lac rupees (which I paid as down payment for them) in different dates of August, but cheque was bounced now, I need my money back and take legal action against this developers.

Many customer are facing the same issue, they are cheating people in the name of pre-launch project and not started any single project, I would kindly request you to help me in getting my money back and take serious action against this fraud developer and save many other people heard earned money.
