I have booked my flat 1.5 years ago and they said that it will be ready within a year but till nothing is there, so i cancelled my booking and now they are not ready to refund my amount of 5 lakhs.Firstly they gave me cheque and asked to wait for a month but it bounced again i went and they assured that they will give demand draft after 1 month but till now its almost 4 months they have not given and not even responding my calls and messages.
