The Hatke – No response to my emails after selling a faulty product

I ordered a phone case through The Hatke which was delivered. Problem is the case doesn’t fit perfectly. Emailed the Hatke support group, they took all the necessary information from me which I shared and stated that it will take a few days to get back to me. Over a month now, no update from their end. My emails aren’t replied to. I created a new email and they asked me to share the order ID. As soon as I did, they again stopped replying.

First email was sent on 11th Nov 2021 and the last update from them was on 14th Nov 2021.

I WOULD LIKE A REFUND.
