On December 20, 2022, I placed a single, heavy-duty backpack brush cutter with a tiller attachment. Delivery was scheduled for January 3, 2023.
I opened it, examined the damage, and then I called the company to inform them of the situation and request a return or refund.
They no longer accept returns anymore.
