Agricultural Brush Cutter

Respected Sir,

I have purchased the Really company Brush Cutter from Toolsvilla online seller web link was http://www.toolsvilla.com/
and brush cutter is used for agricultural weed cutting and soil preparation but the engine of brush cutter is not working properly and even I cant use because of starting problem.

IN the above case I have informed the customer care of Toolsvilla by email i.e [email protected] along with video visual but no response from seller.

Humble Request to take proper legal action to stop selling such duplicate machine to public and farmers and prays to direct the seller either to refund or replace with good product.
